Because of the expulsion of the Jesuits in the 18th century, I would not think they regained control of this church, which is why they would have built the Sagrat Cor church, but I'll be interested to find out.

I believe that the Jesuits forfeited the property when they were expelled from Spain, but if another reader has different information please correct me. The Jesuits have other locations in Barcelona now, dating from the 19th century, including the Sagrat Cor church which I wrote about a few weeks ago and which has St. Ignatius of Loyola's sword!
